Project Background

The Safe City Project of a District in Harbin forms part of the Safe City (social security video prevention and control) programme in Harbin, which aims to build a visible, manageable and traceable video prevention network across main roads, plazas, ports and communities so that the public security organs can predict, warn and respond more quickly.

• Reliable imaging is required at night and in bad weather

Solution

Wuyue Electronics took part in building The Safe City Project of a District in Harbin, deploying HD network cameras and intelligent capture units on urban arterial roads, plazas, checkpoints and back streets, connected to the municipal and district video image platforms to support networked review and intelligent analysis.

Results
